Hmm. Maybe, but UST isn't named as a co-defendent in the States' medicaid cases. At least, not to my recollection. I don't know, I think MO should get its act together first regarding building shareholder value by removing the threat of lawsuits, then worry about buying companies. The lawsuits to me are of much greater concern. UST will be there later, RJR sure as hell ain't going to buy them ;)
