Ummm, look closely at the header on the link, BH. It clearly states:

CRITERIA FOR COAL RESOURCE/RESERVE IDENTIFICATION

Published by USGS - can't get any clearer than that.

Has anyone noticed that Little Engine has not posted since yesterday, and Blue Horse's only posts are todays. I find that very interesting. Did you know that you can request a name change from SI with absolutely no problem? And has anyone noticed that new BASHERS get more attention than the old boring always the same thing ones? Did you also know that it is possible to have a dozen e-mail addresses at one location?

THINK ABOUT IT.
