Good point Rosario, I am virtually certain that he used treasury shares previously issued as currency in the deal. The seller would have been able to do far better DD than we before accepting said shares. The seller would be foolish to take any shares which would be likely to decline. Wish the seller would show up and post here. I argue with you from time-to-time, but agree on this one.

Good point but time will tell. As we know the company is still
unfolding . Hopefully the share price will stop lagging along. I thought that we would have done a little better today. But Kevin has made a few good points regarding the share price.
