if you are so convinced about the demise of Forecross why don,t you

JDR, if manipulation is driving down the price and I hope it is,

then a large rebound is likely to occur after the manipulation ends.

If you are indeed short, congratulations on a great trade. If you are short a big position, please cover soon cause your killin me.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I do not think it has to be $4 at time of commencement of trading. I think it has to have an average price of $4 over a period (possibly a year) of time.
