I have no position in PeopleSoft as I am a trader but from my perspective I would be a little leery if I were long the stock at this time. Some of the recent losses are of course related to the overall market situation but just take a look at Oracle and you'll see that in no way can all of them be blamed on it. PeopleSoft seemed to have fallen out of favor last quarter and I think without the triple digit growth rates of previous years investors are finding the PE ratio a bit to rich for their liking. Long term I'm sure that this stock will go higher but it may be a lot longer than you think. The overall market is looking like a top is in the making and if we do get a correction you may not see new highs for a year or more.
Good luck to all.
