So when do the financials come out?

RESPONSE: Quarterly results are due 60 days after the quarter ends (ie: August 30). Since year end is March 31, yearly results are due out by mid-August (120 days after close). Annual Report is in final draft stages now and soon to go to print and will be distributed by deadline.

What will the value of the TC rights be?

RESPONSE: I don't have the information to answer this question.

Did i hear you correctly, the encoding won't be done for some months?

RESPONSE: No you didn't. Encoding should be 70% complete by August 1. This encoding represents broadcasts of the most watched programs on the most watched networks. The balance will be completed through August/September it is expected. Most of the balance consists of cable shows. It is the responsibility of the broadcasters in the US to voluntarily encode, not Tri-Vision's.

So when will TVL start selling?

RESPONSE: Tri-Vision started a long time ago and it should be noted was first to sell decoders in the marketplace. Tri-Vision started selling last June 12th via www.v-gis.com. It is approaching sales through retail outlets but no exact date has been announced. The Company has indicated a launch of product by the time school starts up, maybe even earlier. The delay has related to the delay in encoding and to finalizing agreements with retailers who wanted to be sure enough coding was done to merit retail sales.

The national roll out of a new product takes a long time in planning, negotiating and executing and is not the simple process you seem to imply. To place 10,000 units in one chain is significantly easier than rolling out product to different retail chains that are situated with stores across the US. There are many logistical probelms to be addressed.

and they have such a wonderful website.

RESPONSE: Thank you, Tri-Vision is very pleased with how it turned out.

amazing what you can do with the public's money!

RESPONSE: The funding for the new v-gis website was provided from the recent financing in which 6 institutions participated and many private investors. As I understand the market, investors seek to make profit based on buying stock in companies which show significant market potential. Many investors seek gain over the long term (such as institutions). I suspect that those investors who came into the last financing (as I did) seek to make a gain over the long term.

Tri-Vision is making strides in a global market, not only in North America. That is a long term approach and prospect.

Those who wish to make a short term gain will not be patient for longer term profit.

And JC why are you so mean to Allen?

RESPONSE: There is no reason to respond to the obvious. I trust many others on this thread will understand what I am saying.
