Right on Dana! Love to hear about MRVC products, prospects, etc. Not a constant barrage of pink bull s**t. Now, lets get to it.

It's not Pink's head, it's MINE!

SHEESH! It is not that big of an inside joke, but it was a pretty clever one, IMO.

Look at my profile. Look at the link to My_spinning_head. Now YOU figure out the joke. Now figure out if you want to really call someone a "total and complete idiot."

Thanks for the reminder to congradulate management- I'm gonna do it.

I can't address the stock issues, but I have extensive experience
with various N Base switches. After a rather rough start, the current
products would be quite nice with just a few minor software changes.
Unfortunately (and again, this is from the perspective of a end user,
not an investor) there is no technical support to speak of, so I am
unable to make full use of the switches and I have switched to another
vendor (Cisco). They may cost more, but they have 24x7 support and
overnight replacement, 2 features I really need.

Two other customers who purchased N Base equipment on my advice are
in the process of switching vendors as well.

This is really unfortunate, as the recent products are very cost-
competitive. It's the last few steps of polishing the product and the
lack of support that are troubling.

If MRV expects to move into carrier-class equipment, I hope that my
N Base experiences are not indicative of MRVC in general, because the
carriers I know of won't put up with that level of non-support.
