Well, how about some speculation as to what happened to the 25,000,000 of MDIN that recently disappeared??? Try this one on for size. The management of MDIN includes many former FIRE shareholders. Perhaps the documents between MDIN and FIRE had an escape clause allowing MDIN out if there was no production in the first year and if no deal could be negotiated with DAY (or another major) within a year of closing. So maybe 80% of Sierra Del Plata is reverting back to FIRE and MDIN is cancelling the 30,000,000 shares which were issued in connection with that acquisition. Then MDIN issued 5,000,000 more shares for sale on the open market to fund ongoing operations at the Santiago properties. Make sense? It does to me. I'll bet that the actual events are something close to this- if so, we have given up Andacollo (with its money draining lawsuits) to focus on the Santiago properties (with cash in hand and a greatly reduced share count).
