Very interesting speculation. My guess is that they took the 25 million common shares and converted them into some other type of shares, likely preferred. Was it one for one or some other exchange rate, who knows.

WHL, that would be a good move IMHO in that we are done then with Andacollo and its lawsuits, and now just have the great SAntiago properties, although it was always MHO that we would sell the Adnacollo to get cash to develop Santiago. If we dont have the Andacollo, we cant do that. Additionally, if MDIN management knew that they were going to do this, why wouldnt they wait to file suits until afterwards, because if they do this now they will likely have to amend their complaints to include Frontier.
