If you are still doing your DD, you certainly were pretty harsh on somebody trying to help.
As for the P&D scam that occurred here...that was not ALYA's doing...I and several others could name the actual perpetrators. They are denizens of SI....suggest you contact them for some DD, as well. You probably know who they are.

"Have you called anyone at ALYA and voiced your concerns?"

No, who do you suggest the company psychologist? Maybe I will would you like the answers?>

No? You never contacted ALYA and yet you are so negative? You don't own any ALYA shares and yet you are so negative?

Ok, I contacted ALYA and here are the answers:

The audited financial statements from the commencement of business was
reviewed by 4 Price Waterhouse offices including the US head office for audit. No tricks. The funds of $1,152,160 was indeed received by the company. Of course it is not a regular sale, it is sale of certain software rights - a tax shelter for the investors. If you require further explanation on Note 8, call the CFO of Alya directly at 1-604-528-9982 (Roger Mutimer).

<I thought that I made it abundantly clear that I was doing DD. There are other people on the the thread that may want to "invest" in the company as well, but would like some explanations for hard questions.>

I hope these answers met with your liking. I found them to be completely satisfactory to completing my due diligence on your questions. If not please call yourself.

<Did you not state that it already has been a pump and dump show. Apparently some investors have already suffered major hits.>

Didn't I make it abundantly clear that I felt internet investors were responsible for the pump and dump and not ALYA or World Vision?

If you have anymore questions please contact ALYA yourself.

Regards, Jeff

There are other people on the the thread that may want to
"invest" in the company as well, but would like some explanations
for hard questions.<<<<<

Being an ardent antagonist on a thread would seem to be very time consuming; Doing quality DD certainly is. If one were seriously interested in DD I would think they would take a 'vacation' from the antagonism and get-on with the real task at hand so they could get back to the unwary multitudes with the 'facts' ....and save them from their 'impending doom'.

Can we expect the results of your ALYA DD before your trial membership expires?
