Window dressing? Having a major NYSE member firm as your investment banker is window dressing???? Understand what this means. The roll-ups that AVRI has planned, that are integral to the growth of the company, call for extensive capital. Having a NYSE firm handle your secondary is tantamount to a major endorsment!! Wall Street is run by the "old boy" network, and if the company is being sponsored by a player, then everyone else on Wall Street wants in too. The other guys say "what does this company have that makes Sands Brothers want them"? The biggest hurdle for any small-cap company is major sponsorship from the BIG BOYS, and AVRI now has it. That is not to say that AVRI can sit back, oh no, but in fact must continue to expand the scope of their business and revs. Which, Tim Connolly is doing. Remember, this company really went operational in the 4th qtr of last year, and the real complete package(after all the beta tests are complete) will be launched this Fall! Rome was not built in a day.
