Roger, RB, and all -

I'll share some of my observations of the conference call. To hear everything, consider contacting Firstwave's investor relations for details of tomorrow's replay. I find that the conference calls are much more informative than the press releases (or my observations).

The company seems confident that Netgain is on-track both from a technology and sales standpoint. They expect to wrap-up the beta stage in September and recognize a few hundred thousand dollars of revenue from Netgain in Q3 and somewhere around $1,000,000+ in Q4. Basically, they are pleased and expect low double-digit growth the next two quarters and substantially more in subsequent quarters.

There are more beta sites than have been announced but many companies do not want to have their beta status publicized because it just creates more work for them.

Operations from existing operations were profitable. The loss came from the Co-Cam acquisition and the substantial expenditures on Netgain. I believe that Doug MacIntyre said that he expected the Co-Cam acquisition to pay for itself within a couple of quarters. The expenditures on Netgain exceeded $1,000,000 during the quarter. This should payoff in nicely in future quarters.

I would have liked a bit more revenue this quarter but overall Firstwave seems to be executing reasonably well and the future is promising IMO.
