Soooo, Symantec will market "Norton 2000", which is actually VIASOFT's OnMark 2000, which VIASOFT buys from AstraTek Inc., who are now to be acquired by Tadeo Holdings Corp. which is publicly traded under the symbol TDEO. The Yahoo profile of TDEO includes the following sentence:

Tadeo Holdings, Inc. is currently operating as a discontinued operations while the Board of Directors determines the next business for the Company to acquire due to the 1/98 sale of operations to Gainor Medical Management.

The effect of all this on the price of VIAS stock?, I hear you ask?
Beats the hell out of me. I thought a modest perturbation with a slight tremor to the upside was in order, BWDIK?
