If trading resumes doesn't that imply that there was no fraudulent activities? Wouldn't that then bolster investor confidence in the long term outlook of the company? So why would it go sub 10 cents?


Not necessarily. It depends on who was doing the Fraud. If none of the _current_ MTEI mgmt is found on fraud charges then they will resume trading.

Sub 10 cents is total "neagtive speculation" it could happen, but is not an every time thing on a trading halt. Look at IBUY, they came out rather well share price wise, and there were some real violations there.
