Hmmmm... Let's see, the shorted distance "around the block" at headquarters is... SOUTH on 44th, east on Thomas, north on 46th, west on Earl, and then SOUTH on 44th again...

That's about 1 mile total... You could actually do it! Better get started soon to finish before earnings are out!

In all seriousness Ted, the street obviously doesn't think future earnings will amount to diddly, so they're assigning a P/E of 15, and not 30, to VIAS.
