I wouldn't think MTEI would start a lawsuit against someone else if they themselves were doing illegal dealings. Wouldn't make sense to attract legal attention if you were involved in a scam. This may be slightly comforting. Major Tom

Yes, I still have a few shares.... Also, I don't think this is over. I believe that it is residual from the ICVI crew. Let's face it, I think that Jack and gang are great oil and gas people and they have an eye for property. However, as I have stated from since meeting them, running a business is new to them but I think they are up to the task. Also, as far as SEC/NASDQ/Stocks are concerened, I don't think that they are the sharpest pencils in the drawer. I hope this entices them to bring on an specialist. I don't think Jack and WInston are scammers and I don't think this is over yet.
