But what if the analysis didn't included the charge in their estimates? I think this is the point, ONSL guided the street in May about the charge, but the analysts didn't change their estimates. So to compare apples to apples, one could say that they did beat the estimates.

I commend onsl for their release, the charge is there. They aren't trying to pull the wool over anyone. The CFO was probably speaking to the potential apples to oranges comparison of actuals to estimates...
