To All,

Here is a response from Mr. Giovanni Smith regarding the property
in Belize. In my earlier post I referred everybody to this website:
belize.com
I thought Phase I & II(101 lots) had been completed and sold. Actually, only 101 lots have been prepped(roads, electricity..etc.) for sale. About half of these lots have been actually sold.
According to Mr. Giovanni Smith he has gov't approval to survey
and prep 351 lots of which 101 have been completed.
It will take him 4 - 5 months to ready the other 250 lots for sale
if capital is not an issue. He does have enough land for
2000 lots in total.

Response from Mr. Giovanni Smith
My initial email is posted beneath Mr. Smith's letter.

Dear Buster Cat

Property is available for approximately 2000 lots.

We have Govermental permission to prepare 350 lots.

Presently 101 lots have been surveyed and saleable (ready for title
transfer).

Over half of the 101 lots have been sold -title transferred. Some lots are
still available.

If capital is not an issue the other 250 lots could be prepared in 4-5
months.

Hope I took care of your concerns

Giovanni Smith
President
