A 50% retracement from the low of 15 1/2 in April of 97 will provide a weekly support of 36-36 1/2. This level should hold. PSFT still got 72% of revenue from new customers vs 50% for SAP. License growth slowdown to 50% is the key here, which might hold steady or accelerate in the 2nd half with the 7.5 release and European growth. PSFT still only gets 14% of revenue from Intl markets and growth potential is great. SAP going to be listing ADRs on NYSE on Monday. This could psychologically help the group.
