They feel it is very strange that they were not contacted by the sec first before this release came out on the wires. I think this info has been posted by others>> It states right in the press release WHY they halted it: The agency ordered the suspension because of questions raised about the adequacy and accuracy of public information related to the Houston-based oil company, according to a release issued by the SEC. The information relates to Mountain Energy's ownership of certain properties and the valuation of the mineral assets on those properties, the SEC said in its release. Now you know why all the bashers left also, They brought all this on with their bashing making investors nervous of a scam, and inquiring to the SEC. They may be held libel when the smoke clears!!
