You're right Compaq and MasterCard must not know what they're doing. They got to be the dominant players by making poor choices. You use the word "think" in your response because you DO NOT know nor does Mr. Fowler, which was evident by his comments as it relates to the CPQ/IDT product offering. It would be wise to wait and see before passing judgement. The biometric market has enormous potential and will not be dominated by one company. IF the CPQ/IDT product is successful it potentially can move the market forward, which would mean goodness for all involved. Companies have been trying to develop a code of ethics from which to stand by, Mr. Fowler should have chosen different words about the CPQ/IDT versus what was said.
