Bill, Yes it was a good day. I wonder if you or someone else can give more info regarding today's news release. FNTN apparent acquistion, IBD, has entered into "Strategic Marketing Alliance" with Empire Financial. Neither IBD or Empire Financial seem to be public held, listed companies. Is any financial, ownership, and strucure information available on these two companies? Is there any reason why the FNTN/IBD acquisition has not happened? Michael Sheppard or one of FNTN's management team, apparently has had some previous connection with Empire Financial. If correct, what was it and could this connection cause any problems? May there be many more good days! Craig
