There is press release by PPH to suspend conversion for the time
being. You think price should pump up a little.

Anybody want long ? PSAI.
Due to small float and small SI, price dropped 76% percentage.
Most of volume turnover is in the range of 4 1/2 to 3 7/8.
floats 3.3M, today's volume 5.3M, should bounce back to 6 pretty soon.
PSAI lost 0.05cents v.s. expection 0.28 cents profits.

Thanks to the person who brought out SRCM yesterday night. I was
able to short it at 17 1/2. made 1K profit.

Hello Dumbmoney:
PPH--indeed it is! Wow! Ouch! Can't think of any graceful way out of this one. Voluntary delisting maybe? Has anyone had any experience with a clogging of the 'exits' with converters before (sounds like multiple parties hold the convertible)? At the least, all common shareholders stand aside, while conversion ratios their equity to cents on the dollar. Maybe the convertible holders can divide and keep reassigning their rights so that none violate the 4.9% ownership trigger....
Thanks for the news. I learning as I go.
Best regards,
m

To All:

I am not very good at looking earning report, could somebody look
MAST's report. They claim beat street.

0.18 v.s. 0.14 (excl. merge charge)
0.12 v.s. 0.14 (incl. merge charge)

My Q, can they use same amount of TAX provision in two calculations
or they should use same ratio. If use same amount, you get 0.18
if use same tax ratio as including merge charge case, then you get
0.14. I think it is quite fishy and I also could not get their
number of income before tax in excluding charge case.

Someone please have a look and tell us, so we can short it if there
is something fishy.

Many thanks
