Thanks for the update. After a very down day for BB stocks in general, this is very good news. I hope all who have been patient with this one will be rewarded. We deserve a break. If it does move up, this thread will light up with excitement. I love to see everyone make money especially those who bought at higher prices to recover their investment and then some.

Stepper, having reread yesterdays release many times it is apparent that WACC DID close on the land deal last week as suggested in your post. >>Max P. Cawal, president and chief operating officer of WestAmerica said, "By closing on the land for the first phase of the development last Friday, locking in our purchase terms for the balance, and getting American Leisure to agree to subordinate their position to a development loan, WestAmerica can implement the development program and move forward the operations at our project."<< JOE
