Not a big deal really, but others shouldn't be misled. Obviously they acquired somebody but it wasn't the company at theloan.com.

More pics from Belize. I have added a few more pics from the property. The house is on the property but it is not a Model. It is the right size. Also, the foundation picture is on the property, but it is not a model. They are waiting for the first of the prefab models to arrive. I have built prefab before in Kansas and once the slab is poured they go up in a matter of days. Also, I took the aerial photo of the river for reference, since it is also a great scenic trip by boat. The country club is going to be private and is right down the road on the opposite side. Go to members.tripod.com then to Photos of Belize and follow the links. Have a pleasant journey. More later.

In regard to why we have not re established the pre Belize share value, in my opinion, we took a real beating on the thread for about five days straight. As late as sunday at 9:00 pm people were posting that if there is a problem in Belize that our shares were to be used as wallpaper. The possibility of fraud is always just a whisper away in the BB world. The major fear was that the company was a fake. That has all been disproved. However, all of us have choices as to where to invest. PRWT is very liquid. Some people chose to invest elsewhere or not at all. I used to work for a large retailer and I learned a couple of things. Apparel retailers are always worried about the weather. They love an early spring or an early fall. Why, because if makes the marginal difference in their business. An early cold snap gets people to buy winter goods early and that can increase sales by a few percent overall and that few percent is the difference between good and great. We lost a few percent and that meant the difference between where we were and where we are. Unfortunate, unnessary, bad timing, etc. like I mentioned yesterday, kind of like a rear end collision, not our fault but it did happen. The large long investors remain long. I think that people will return as things get put into perspective and the company defines itself. I think that they will have continuing good news probably within the next few trading days.
The stock has demonstrated explosive potential. That explosive potential can be ignited anytime but just about any spark. Recommendation by an important stock sheet, analyst, or banker type, a good news article, ads on CNBC regarding the brokerage, great developments from the company etc. could easily ignite the stock. You can tell from the posts that many people watch the stock, it is a popular stock and those on the sidelines remember the run to .12 before and will not hesitate to rejoin the parade with the slightest provocation. I think that they will be provoked sooner than later. How soon, probably when we least expect it, thats how life is.

Roger, in response to your post 9715.
The only two things I can really put together might be this.
1) although growth is definately coming, nobody really knows the value of PRWT. Lots of projected income, but how much? nobody knows how all the mortgages are going to be handled, whether they will be kept in house, or sold on the secondary market. Makes a big difference. knowbody knows what this years income from the Realty Center will bring us, or what the future income will be. Same for IT, same for any future acuisitions/deals. nobody knows how much net earnings will come from any of these ventures/future ventures. How does any body put a value on any of it. Nobody knows, except John Schmidt, and his board of directers. which brings us to the second point.
2) Seems as though all aquisitions are being done with shares of PRWT. nobody excepts that kind of a deal from a 5cent company, unless their going to see an appreciation real quick of the stock they just accepted for their co. I believe that when Johns done with all his start-up aquisitions/deals, it will then be presented to the public in PRWT's financial statements the middle of next month, and then we'll reap our rewards.
