My numbers are accurate as of the time I posted them. The transfer agent is much more reliable then LTGL... The question is how can LTGL publically lie to its shareholders even in writing and get away with it. The increase in authorized would be able to happen without our vote because LTGL insiders still own majority (Spencer). Everyone absolutely has the right to be pissed about the Habitual lying from LTGL officers. I believe LTGL will issue upto the full amount. There is ABSOLUTELY NO reason to believe otherwise at this point.
