"OK...so conservatively we have $30 Million/month from the realty company in NV (and it's expanding...by 2/3); a reported $10 Million/month from the Belize deal;...I haven't seen or recall any estimates on the IT monthly revenues...anyway without anything else,
and not counting what IT will bring in, VERY conservatively PRWT is up to $400 Million/year.....and they're still a nickel????? ...plus we have Costa Rica and some other countries John's interested in...WOWIE!!!

Gross rough estimates for real money 400 million a year

income from closing average 3% including all fees

$12 million

Belize mortgage business 120 million rough estimate

5% signing fee 6 million

2% maintnenace fee 2.4 million

Costa Rica potential 120 million

5% signing fee 6 million

2% maintnance 2.4 million

IT estimate as per news release 18 million

Figure 25% net 4.25 million

next acquisitions ????

Total income before expenses 12 +8.4 + 8.4 +4.25 = 33.05 million $$$$

Or 5.418 cents per share gross earnings.

What does a share in PRWT cost again?

Wasn't DGIV 21 cents a share when they posted 29 cents per share earnings and it took off?

Bringing in $30 million a month in loans translates to $1.5 million in monthly revenues (assuming 5% is earned from the loan generation). It is not $30 million per month in straight revenues. I just wanted to clear this point up, because people seem to be confused about it.
