He rated PSFT a strong buy at above $44.< Isn't he is the same guy who rated CA a strong buy until last week, when he did something I've never seen an analyst do - he downgraded the stock on Wed. morning to Hold; then upgraded the stock on Thurs. morning to Buy (or outperform, or whatever)! He'll probably downgrade PSFT just about now, when it is about the price is about to turn the corner. - Brian.
