Actually Troy, I believe the Judge knows precisely what many of us do (re: the coordinated short seller assault on Solv-Ex and its shareholders). This is why he told the SEC to "shove it". That is also why Rendall, Campbell and shareholders continue on fighting and holding our shares. Many of us know the facts surrounding this debacle and the more we know, the more we want justice.

You are the lawyer. Tell me (us) if you would....

That the bankruptcy decision has no relation with the future actions that the SEC might be prompted to take against JR and Herbie. They are two distinct legal entities.

This means, IMO, that the SEC is still able to proceed as they see fit. And I personally hope they lock both of these crooks up at the very least. SOLV, an individual under the law, has been cleared of the courts. This event says nothing about it's officers.

JR and Herbie are going down IMO.
