How come you don't dis mafia informants with audiotapes? Or LBJ. How about John Dean? Or that guy at Texaco with the tape recorder in the Board room. Heck, we don't even know his name. It's clear that the difference with Linda Tripp is that she has big-time evidence against a liberal White House. She's just on the wrong side of the political fence from the media. If the tables were reversed - with a Republican President - you know she'd be hailed as heroic.

She's no patriot. Its simple. No one gave her any motivation her until Bennett opened his big yap and called her a liar. She probably figured she was in for the Paula Jones treatment at that point and decided to protect herself. I think she did quite well. JLA
