Wow! Another mental midget long on insults and bad language and short on anything else. As for your insults to american indians, "Without meaning any disrespect, the fact is that many of the "elders" who occupy leadership ( and decision making ) positions have little or no formal education and lack sophistication in business and financial matters." it shows that you have no personal experience at all with any of the tribes. Many of the movers and shakers in the tribes today are well educated with excellent credentials. Take a look at the New York State Irquois Confederacy and specifically the Oneida Indians and Turning Stone Casino. Their Federally recognized representative is Harvard educated and is doing very well for the tribe, to the tune of some $300M/year. You have mistaken the traditional form of government with, ie; the elders council, with the day to day running of their enterprises. As for your statement "the elders are very often loathe to take their advise on investment and consulting matters, especially when they deal with outsiders" is very true and is more so when dealing with an individual like you appear to be. They may have a traditional form of government but they are not stupid. Grow up and quit the insults.
