Stepper, although this is not earth shattering news, it is published in a "legit" Orlando newspaper. (July 27/98) amcity.com WestAmerica buys 35 acres for time-share development ORLANDO -- WestAmerica Corp. of Orlando has entered into an agreement to purchase 35 acres of land off U.S. Highway 27 for a time share resort. The agreement includes an option for an additional 250 acres in Polk County adjacent to the resort, for a total purchase price of $5.7 million. The resort eventually will have 750 units. JOE
