Have you found any reason to be concerned about Lucent sueing Periphonics? As you probably know, they are working with Nuance on the project you've highlighted. I wonder if there are perhaps similarities happening between these systems that could be of concern should Lucent try a similar tactic on GMGC. Message 5118962 For what it's worth, I asked the people from Lucent if they had any Portico like system in the works and they do have some rudamentary plans, but nothing of the scope of Portico. It is definitely an area of interest. They could have a product to announce in 6 months, but again it would not have Portico scope and depth. It was amazing how much these people were willing to share. Attending this conference was really worth while. Again, my take is Portico is way ahead of the field. Regards, Mark
