the minimum that the PP can be done at is $.15 (vse rules)- which is part of the reason for the roll back idea. 15:1 is a little (lot) excessive - somewhere in the neighbourhood of 5 to 10 would be a little more palatable IF there is a real plan going forward. Any more of this 'we hope to get this going soon' or 'Brian is on his way over to the Philipines to sort out' kinda stuff means that they still don't know which way is up. New bd of directors must have a plan to move the stock - the only good thing is that they have a reason to work a tightly structured stock - so that they will make money.

Ted Carter was suckered by Cary Martin and a few others at APG for some time. He should have stuck to his guns and dumped this stock some time ago as well. Now he needs to reinforce to his readers, what has been said on the thd - don't vote for the rollback as it stands and let's see what APG thinks they are gonna go in the future.
