Julius,

1) Is your call on FBIOX based on your usual RSI calculations? With the recent action in companies like AMGN, ISIS and ICOS are we ripe for some appreciation of this sector as a whole?

2) Given that: there's a lot of value in the Energy Services looking solely at PEs; many pundits are speculating about a cold North American winter; and that higher oil prices than the current ones are probable. Do you believe that we are looking at a timely point for sector rotation into FSESX? What technical indicators would you be looking at to find or confirm a reversal upward, or an inflection point in the price chart?

3) Same question for FSRPX and FSTCX, but in the negative. Have we reached or confirm a reversal downward for those sectors?

I always enjoy your commentary, thanks in advance for your reply.

Larry

Dear Julius:

You're right about this week. It was awful.

I'm keeping my finger on the trigger Monday and will lock in some gains after viewing what happens on the opening and 11:00AM pricing. Select Money Market may be the goal.
