Bob, I think you have to keep in mind that TCBG isn't going to be shipping their product out to retailers in the same packing as they sent to you. They will be shipped in giant crates no doubt and there won't be anyone throwing those crates around like they no doubt threw your small package around, they'll use a forklift. I used to work for the post office. <g> Not that TCBG will be shipping product through the Post Office to their retailers.

Your information is well taken though and perhaps as the rest of us receive our samples and any are also damaged, we should inform the company about it. How were they packaged? Did it come in a 10 pack just like it will be in the store and what type of packing did they use to protect the product?

You said that opening it was a bit more difficult than you were expecting and you spilled some. Now that you know how to open it do you think you would spill it again?
