A server that goes down is no worse of a problem than anywhere else. Mirroring is available at an extra charge, but most small business would not use it. You don't need to get every transaction. Small business hires programmers to set up their sites. It is rare for them to do it by themselves. I haven't seen any problem any worse than it is elsewhere.
