Thank you for your interest. We are in the process of preparing an
application to the SEC to become a reporting company, and at that time
expect to go for listing on either the NASDAQ National Market or the AMEX.
There are approximately 15 million shares outstanding, with approximately
3.5 million in the float. Hope this helps.

E-mail states 15 million outstanding and 3.5 million in the float.
A strong breeze could send this stock much higher. A listing on one of the exchanges could indeed bring this stock to a new level. With out announcing any major news. Seems to me that AIME may be ripe for the picking as well.
