Hi Stock!!

How have you been???

This whole down cycle is very interesting to watch. You are right! It seems to be "a lot different!" this time. Many of the semi mfgs execs have never seen a problem this significant in their careers.

I am looking at the event as a sector opportunity because of all the negative perspective and bargains that exist. It is very simular to the energy sector. It is my belief that by this time next year , many of the semis will be up 30 to 50% because the big institutional investors are the ones that are making buys quitely right now. This is not the end of the world and once we are almost through the Y2K issue then the whole world will be in an upgrade cycle. the demand for everything silicon will far out strip the supply. This is not the end of the world but an opportunity to buy a lot of great companies on sale!!!

Tell us more of what you think!!!

Regards
