A skyhook is generally something fictional intended to start someone on a wild goose chase. It is common for seasoned workers on a job site to send the rookies out in search of the elusive sky hook in order to hoist something off the ground. It generally doesn't occur to the enthusiastic rookie that the sky alone cannot support any hook, never-mind a hook and some other load. I wonder if there is any similarity here. Makes one think. Gee...does anyone know if it's possible to do a search of outstanding law suits against a company? I wouldn't want to go buying stock in a company that is being sued many times over.
