I watched someone in my trading room place an option trade.

The trade was between the bid and ask. It was not represented
as the best bid. Is this common among other options traders
using Web Street?

I've looked into Brown upon your recommendation.
Can you give me some specifics as to what you
mean by better options service with Brown, and
even better service at Waterhouse? Be as detailed
as possible: order entry format, representation,
speed of confirmation, etc.
