You are absolutely correct, we cannot refer to PRWT as Nasdaq, it does not trade NMS nor small cap thus someone should alert their PR about this to eliminate any future difficulties. On a positive side, we can assume that they are tipping their hats to the future listing of our little company...

You are picking at nits ... totaly irrelevant!

As Example(and this is only one of many), look at this link. Investools correctly states that the proper exchange is NASDAQ Domestic Pink Sheets

investools.com

What are you going to do, kick Investools off the internet because YOU don't think they are being completely up front. Please, before you make accusations of wrongdoing and misleading, be sure of your terms, the way the terms are used in common practice, and what each of the terms means. PRWT did not claim that they are a "listed" stock in any manner. What they did was to make reference to the exchange system on which the stock is traded. And then the inference that this usage was in any way connected to MTEI's problems is ludecrous. People that know less than you will flock to the doors because YOU have misled them into thinking that this is how a company gets in trouble.

To the rational critical thinkers out there, I apologize for going ballistic here, but IMHO there has been so much misinformation already spread by those who have no clue that I just had one of my buttons pushed one time too many!
