Robert, I was able to execute a short right at the bell, but am being shut out now myself. It may very well be a short squeeze, if shares are this hard to come by. I will check into it more.

Well, that certainly solves that dilemma. If I can't short it, I don't have to worry about the technical action.

I think it's time to shed a tear, it looks like the gravy days of shorting anything in the world you could possibly imagine are over at Datek. This is the second marginable stock short sell this week I've had rejected. The other was FIBRD, although they did let me get a few shares of that early the second session after the reverse split.
