Dear George,
Yes dear, not bad news at all, a great contract, DCI UK up and running. Would imagine additional contracts to be forthcoming as
Murphy has always said he will build until we are gone,,, DP

George--

I agree, the JV appears to add $50 million, but the company spokesman say it give us a total of $200 million instead of $150 mil. I note that the funds to close the Locus deal ($10 mill.)are coming from the new JV which at this time is only a LOI. I wish there really was an analyst on this company, I would like to understand the specifics of the cost increases in Europe that caused the large loss for the quarter. Hope more info comes out of the question and answer period. Market doesn't seem to be giving this news the push that I anticipated.

A Company
spokesman said that the joint venture with TIMEWorldCom could double
the Company's revenues, putting them over the $200 million mark.
