I am on the phone with Joe Medsker as I type this. There was more said at the meeting than is in the news release. We are a $200 million revenue company not 150. Joe is going to go to AMEX as early as next week. Speer Leeds, who will be the AMEX specialist, believes that the company should have no problem getting the listing. More to come... oh by the way the asking price for the company will probably move north of $10, well north<IMO>.

Juli,
There is no telling how many shares until we see the terms of the Convertible Preferred that is being set up with TIMEWorldcom. The last estimates I have heard are a little over 30 million, that includes all shares from every deal, warrants and options. Right now there is no new CP shares as the deal is only in the LOI stage. If other factors fall into place like the price of the stock being higher to much higher than it is now than the conversion will be painless. We will have to wait and see.
