The whole insider dealing is very confusing to me. The NY Times I believe stated that Wang and Kumar sold a lot of shares in anticipation of getting the extraordinary bonus. I don't know whether this is true or not, and the insider entries note about 20-25 million dollars worth of sales by the two. And on the gifting, I'm not sure whether a charitable donation is listed differently from a gift. If I understood the above entries correctly, Wang gifted approximately 1/3 of the 2.82 million shares he recently received, with a gift value (at the time) of 51.8 million dollars. Did'nt he get closer to 9 million shares as a bonus? Where is the rest?

For a little humor, note that in the midst of the millions of shares being bought and sold by Wang, there was one little entry stating that
WANG CHARLES B
Received as Gift
393 (i)

Who the heck is giving Wang 393 shares of CA as a gift!?!?
