Another thread? I'm pretty sure I read that on THIS thread yesterday. I guess you could call that the "best face forward" scenario.

************** TO ALL MTEI SHAREHOLDERS ***************************

Ok here is the story...

Jack Uselton is an honest oil and gas man.
He wanted to bring his company public while oil and gas prices are
at an all time low, so he can acquire properties at these
seriously depressed prices. He knows that, in the future,
prices will eventually rebound, and Mountain Energy will
be in a very advantageous position.

My professor told us about the crash of 1987.
He said it was insane, and that everybody was giving away
blue chip stocks at ridiculous prices, people panicked and sold at any price just to get out. He and a few associates of his, knew this was only temporary, and that companies like IBM and GE weren't going out of business,
just because the market crashed. They got together every penny they could scrape up, and even took loans out, and they bought up everything in site.
Sure enough, when the market rebounded, the same people who panicked and sold, all bought back their stocks at much higher prices,
and my professor and his associates made a killing.
Oil and gas, gold, and basically everything behaves that same way.
When the energy sector rebounds, Mountain Energy will come out on top,
as will all the other companies doing the same thing.
Oil and gas do not have the benefit of Willy Wonka's Everlasting Gobstopper,
as they will not last forever. Eventually, all the oil and gas in the world will be close to being depleted, and we might be in a situation like the Movie Mad Max, where oil and gas are as valuable as gold and blood, whew.

Now that we know what Jack's plans are, let's see where Mountain Energy ran into some problems, which IMO, was not their fault.

Mountain energy needed to go public quickly, and if they did it without a reverse merger, it would have taken months and months, and in those months, if the energy sector rebounded, that would have thrown a wrench into the whole plan. They decided to buy a shell, ICVI, but unfortunately, they didn't know they were dealing with a bunch of fraudulent, shady people.
Joe Gort, John Christensen and their attorney W. Arthur Lindsey
issued 19 million shares illegally, and sold them into the market when the frenzy took place, that also shows that they themselves, helped to tank the price, by selling all of those shares.

In the press release, it was stated that there were 70 million shares
outstanding, and this is what Jack thought. However, there were actually
89 million, including the 19 million illegal shares printed by ICVI.
The problem was, that Gort issued that PR, and Jack shouldn't have trusted them, he should have looked at it before it was released.
This was verified by American Register Transfer Company who finally got the paperwork to Jack and MTEI only last week.
When Jack learned of this wrongdoing, he contacted Tim Mcdaniel an attorney in Houston to commence the lawsuit and get an injunction against sale of 19mm trading shares, which were NOT restricted, meaning they can be sold on the open market like the shares we hold.

Tim Mcdaniel began the investigation of the issuance of the extra 19 million shares, which were found to have been issued to the following companies:

C concepts (symbol CVST) owned by Joe Gort.
See Saw Ltd.
See Saw Investment Corp.
Merit Investment Corp.
Growth International LTD.
MLJ Management Inc.
Karvi Corp.
Rampart Securities

All of these Corporations are associated with or owned by Joe Gort and John Christensen.

Now, in the merger agreement MTEI was to receive assets of 70mm shares
and 3 million in convenience store assets. When they received the paperwork from American Register Transfer they found that an additional 19mm shares had been issued and transferred to the above companies. The convenience store assets had been transferred out of the corporation into to CVST without authorization!

Now, MTEI is suing all of the above listed companies and American Register Transfer, I am glad that is now publicly known that Jack and Mountain Energy never had an ill-agenda, but rather, are totally legit, and are truly
determined and dedicated to achieving their company's goals.

Also look at the recent press releases for EDII. Look at the bottom to see who issued them, no other than Joe Gort, under Growth International LTD.,
probably his latest scam operation. Wait... there are SEVERAL other companies Joe Gort is involved with, along with John Christensen and George Guttman, they are:

C-Concepts, Houston
Joe Gort, 800/716-5147 or
George Guttman, 212/293-9034 or 718/951-0260

Market Formulation and Research Corp.
John Christensen, 713/520-6416

Market Formulation and Research Corp.
George Guttman 212/293-9034 or 718/951-0260
or Joe Gort 800/716-5147

All these different names and numbers make you kind of dizzy, and suspicious!

The symbol MFRC was changed to CVST, they seem to keep changing names
and flipping things too often, along with having numerous locations,
telephone numbers and company names.

Also look at the recent press releases for CVST. They include the
sale of the MTEI assets.

What is Mountain Energy doing about all of this?...

MTEI has filed a temporary injunction on the sale of the shares, the permanent injunction is filed on Monday August 3, 1998.

Please do not contact Tim Mcdaniel as he is charging MTEI by the hour. If you have something pertinent to offer on Joe Gort, John Christensen, W. Arthur Lindsey, or any of the above companies please write and fax it to Jack.

If you know of any other dealings by these companies or people that have been in question, again submit it to Jack.

The suit seeks at least 19mm in punitive damages against the company.

Mountain Energy WILL prevail, and people like John Christensen,
George Guttman and Joe Gort will get what they deserve,
heavy fines, a guilty judgement, and a few good years
behind bars, it's amazing that they thought they would
get away with all of this.
I am just glad it is now out in the open, and
Mountain Energy is the good guy in all of this.

Blitz: happier than ever to be a shareholder in Mountain Energy.
