Blitz, way to go baby! Nice digs on Christensen and Gort. My question to you, do you think the SEC is aware of all the info. that you presented? If so, then I think we will be fine also.

Steve

MTEI is being investigated because:

Jack kicked Stagg out. Since doing that, he has no way of proving that the land has a book value worth $2.85/sh. Think about it. It's that simple. I was on this thread the day before the SEC stoppage and I was going break this to all of you. But, before I could even get this out, I got my head chewed off so I left. Sorry if this burst your bubble but this is the truth. The lawsuit is besides the point.

They decided to buy a shell, ICVI, but unfortunately, they didn't know they were dealing with a bunch of fraudulent, shady people.

As noted many, many times previously, ICVI wasn't precisely a shell. They were still operating the convenience stores. But that's not the point. The point is that anyone can find out a great deal about Christensen and his former business ventures in about an hour online. So what, exactly, was the problem here?

The convenience store assets had been transferred out of the corporation into to CVST without authorization!

Actually, they were transferred to MFRC, as it was at that time. No mystery: they even issued a press release.

All these different names and numbers make you kind of dizzy, and suspicious!

Gee. Do they really? I seem to recall that when jhild and I posted all that stuff here a few months ago, we were laughed at by the "nice" people, and sent threats by the nasty ones.

The questions remain: Why did MTEI choose ICVI? What was Marc Tow's role, and who does he represent?

Blitz,

Based upun the speed of the SEC news and lack of information, your post #7104 is probably 90-95% correct. Sincere thanks for the excellent summary.

I'm 73,000 shares and $0.65 average cost into MTEI and not planning to go anywhere soon.

The stocks in the major part of my portfolio are namebrand NYSE and NASDAQ. If I don't look at them for a few weeks or months, BIG DEAL! This SI thread should go from 300 to 10 posts per day for the next couple of weeks. I've never met or spoken to Jack Uselton, but sincerely believe him to be a straight shooter.

As long as he gets this soap opera into primetime in the 10 years before I retire, I'll be a happy camper.

Best of luck,

John
