Kev

You are not seeing the big picture,
and if you had been "in the know" yesterday,
you would have posted your "info" before you left,
even in the midst of getting your head chewed off.

Jack kicked Stagg out because they were too busy,
and we were all freaking out about the time it was taking.
I knew all along that Stagg was dragging their feet,
and I told most of you to stop saying that the Stagg reports
were going to be out next week, at that time,
they hadn't eve started yet, I was in touch with them.

Jack still has to provide proof of the land valuations,
and he isn't running from anyone, he is being right
up front about it!

the lawsuit is besides the point

Kev, get real, the lawsuit IS the point,
some people thought MTEI was a scam,
well guess what? MTEI is NOT a scam,
the bad boys over at ICVI and their other 100 companies,
are the ones who are going to pay for their evil doings.

Go and read my post today about what's going on...

If that is true (which I doubt) then we should all be jumping for joy. No reason Dunn reports will not be good enough to please SEC. End of story. Really - this SEC thing probably won't end until Dunn has spoken anyway.
