Particulalry good are the insides that splat out, as you bite on them and you have to lick them from the side of your mouth

Yeah, but you don't get a workout that way.
Once your full of grubs who wants to exercise.
Speaking of grubs and exorcise, does anybody know how to
exorcise the grubs from my squash plants without
chemicals? I tried beating their leader senseless with
a zuccini. While I found the experience exilerating
his disciples are still eating my plants. Any help
would be appreciated but I won't use chemicals.
Cayanne pepper solution gets rid of bugs on tomatos
but the grubs bore inside the squash where the pepper
solution can't reach.

I just stumbled onto this thread, and am not a post grubber, but I do have one thing to say, and it's about eating worms. I in fact have eaten worms, handfuls of them, specifically deep fat fried mopane worms, caterpillars really, in Africa, to be polite, and on more than one politeness- requiring occasion. If you didn't look too closely at their wee caterpillar bodies, all burnt on the outside and greenish on the inside, but just concentrated on the hot fried greasiness of the little critters, you could think of them as a sort of unusual fast food. Needed a lot of salt.
